We use GA4 to understand anonymized usage trends (e.g., pages viewed, time on page, device/browser type). We have turned off Google’s data sharing/modeling for this property and do not enable advertising features on this site. GA may set cookies; where required, they load only after consent.

We are US-based; data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where applicable, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Inquiry submissions are kept until resolved and as required for business/legal obligations. Marketing emails are retained until you unsubscribe. GA4 data retention is configured to the minimum necessary for reporting.
9. Security
We use TLS encryption, strong security headers, principle-of-least-privilege access, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure, but we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
